I am an outspoken victim of beauty… whether it’s about architecture, fashion or cars. Some time ago I was allowed to test drive the Jaguar F-Type R as part of a road trip through Italy and Switzerland. To the car: more than 400 hp and a top speed of 300 km/h. I don’t want to and can’t get that technical, because other people can do that better than I can. But what I can say is my impression and opinion of this car.
The F-Type R has a good, compact size and the trunk passed my luxury test… two Louis Vuitton trolleys plus two Keepall 45 fit in it… check!
This car drives well, has a fast reaction time and strong acceleration… in seconds the speedometer shows 300 km/h and you don’t even notice it… such a wild big cat.
I don’t have to say that I think this matt black painting is absolutely great… but I say it anyway for those who haven’t followed me for long. The unique F-Type rich and robust engine sound was not to be despised either… this car convinced me during the whole road trip and gave me great pleasure and i am grateful to have tested another luxury car of the top category.
