Now we have finally reached the last stage of my trip to Portugal. This is the Bairro Alto Hotel, which, as the name implies, is located in Bairro Alto, Lisbon. This hotel was completely renovated and reopened a few weeks ago. We had the chance to be invited to the opening stage and spent two nights there.
The Bairro Alto Hotel is a place for people who love a modern and luxurious interior design and want to live centrally in Lisbon. It is just in front of the Luis de Camões square (the place where everything happens in this city) and close to many attractions. It offers spacious rooms, two rooftop terraces with a fantastic view over the whole old town and the famous 25 de Abril bridge.
Other facilities of the hotel are, among other things, the sauna I have not visited due to lack of time and the gym, which I used before breakfast. Around the hotel there are numerous restaurants that are worth a visit. Two of them are the Meat Me (for meat fans) and the Sea Me (for seafood fans). And last but not least, I have an insider tip for those who do not like noise. The windows of the hotel are all very sealed, so the rooms are absolutely quiet. A restful night is definitely possible there. Here you can see a photo shoot I made for the Juvia on the rooftop of the Bairro Alto hotel. An YouTube video about this trip is coming soon online. Stay tuned! xoxo Georgia Moreno
