When we talk about Lago Di Como we automatically think of Grandezza, large villas, elegant boats and beautiful dramatic topography. As part of a road trip, I had the chance to visit the exclusive Grand Hotel Passalacqua. A property as one imagines Italy. Glamorous with a spacious, perfectly landscaped garden and a dream setting right on the lake.
It has 24 rooms, each of which has a different orientation… with selected antiques… very stylish… the public rooms are also fantastically beautiful.
When I think of this family-run hotel, three words come to mind that define it…
privacy, glamor and perfection. The service, which is well noticed, is done by a very young and super professional team, leaves nothing to be desired. From the waiter to the masseuse… nothing to complain.
I was there for two nights and unfortunately couldn’t experience everything that you can do there, but I can still say that if you are looking for stylish relaxation, you will find it there.
